Vendor Policy

This Vendor Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between WAHAT ALDUKHAN PORAL EST. (hereinafter referred to as "Smoke Souq" or "We") and the vendor (hereinafter referred to as "Vendor" or "You") registering as a seller on the Smoke Souq online multivendor vape marketplace (the "Platform"). By registering as a Vendor on Smoke Souq, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

1. Eligibility and Documentation

1.1. You must be legally licensed to sell legal smoking and nicotine-related products in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

1.2. You must provide 100% genuine information regarding your business license and any other legal documents necessary to verify your eligibility to sell on Smoke Souq.

1.3. Your bank account for receiving payments must be a company bank account, matching the submitted license name with the UAE and specific emirates authorities.

2. Product Responsibility

2.1. You, as a Vendor, are solely responsible for the quality, originality, safety, and all other aspects related to the products you list on Smoke Souq.

2.2. If you provide shipping support, you are solely responsible for the entire order process, from order placement to delivery. All warranties and product defects are your responsibility as an approved vape vendor on Smoke Souq.

3. Payment

3.1. Smoke Souq will release Vendor payments according to a standard payment cycle, which is every 15 days.

3.2. Smoke Souq charges a flat 20% selling fee on every transaction. It is the Vendor's responsibility to include this 20% fee in the product pricing.

3.3. If you, as a Vendor, fail to fulfill an order for any reason, including but not limited to a lack of stock, you will be charged a penalty of 3% of the transaction value. Maintaining sufficient inventory is essential to avoid such issues.

4. Product Listings

4.1. You must only list products on Smoke Souq that are legal according to UAE law.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. In the event of returns due to faulty products from the Vendor's side, Smoke Souq will reimburse 100% of the order value to the customer, including Smoke Souq's selling fee, except for the shipping charges.

5.2. Before approving a refund, Smoke Souq will verify the cause of the return. The Vendor is responsible for retrieving the faulty product from the customer.

6. Legal Compliance and Responsibility

6.1. Smoke Souq will not assume any responsibility for the products offered by the Vendor on the Smoke Souq platform. You must list and sell only legal products that meet the legal criteria as per UAE Law, the regulations of the Health departments & ESMA (Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology).

6.2. Smoke Souq will not assume responsibility for any faulty, damaged, illegal, or risky goods sold by the Vendor that are prohibited by UAE law. Any legal issues arising from such products shall be the sole responsibility of the Vendor.

7. Quality Assurance and Inventory Management

7.1. The Vendor must ensure the quality of products and provide real-time inventory updates on their Smoke Souq seller account. This includes maintaining quality listings, competitive prices, high-quality products, and maximizing order fulfillment.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1 Smoke Souq reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

By registering as a Vendor on Smoke Souq, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in the termination of your Vendor account.
